It is probably obvious that much of the content posted here is derived (wholesale stolen) from papers that I write for any given class. While I have one paper ready to post, I am waiting until grades are released for that course before doing so. This will be another paper on tax claims in bankruptcy. From there, however, it will be a while before I have a substantial amount of content. This summer and fall will be focused on two papers for publication. While I may post these after the publication date, it will be a while before this happens. Neither summer nor fall semesters will include a paper course.
As school starts to wind down, I hope to move to a more periodic posting format. I still plan to bring some analysis to each topic and post, they will no longer be the long serial topics they are now. This too will have to wait though until at least summer semester is over, and some time has been freed up from the publication deadlines.
