Holland King has been in the tax controversy world for more than 15 years, advising and defending clients on state and federal tax issues. Holland holds a BS in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Taxation, and a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University and is a licensed attorney in the State of Georgia. He has published articles on taxation and law in the Journal of Multistate Taxation and Georgia State Law Review. He is located in Cherokee County, GA.
Holland is a member of the Georgia Bar and the United States Tax Court Bar. He is also accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is an active member of the Georgia Tech Bar Association and the Georgia Bar Taxation Section.
The Law Office of Holland King opened in 2020 and operates primarily virtually. Most meetings will be conducted electronically, either via telephone or video conferencing. Holland was born and raised in Loganville, Georgia, and now lives in Austell. He enjoys hiking with his dog Sam (who occasionally makes guest appearances on the blog and Zoom calls), exploring local restaurants, and lamenting Georgia Tech’s football team.
